These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," "You," "Your") and PocketShopping, a proprietary enterprise ("We," "Us," "Our," "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application (if any), and the purchase of products from our online store.

By accessing our website, browsing our product catalogue, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Product Descriptions & Images

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, features, compatibility information, and images on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on our website is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly from the images shown on the website due to variations in screen resolution, brightness, colour settings, display calibration, photography lighting and angles, minor manufacturing variations in colour, texture, shade, or finish, and product packaging design updates by manufacturers.

Compatibility Information: While we strive to provide accurate compatibility details for phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, and other accessories, it is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their specific device model before purchasing. PocketShopping is not liable for products purchased for incompatible devices.

We reserve the right to modify product listings, descriptions, images, and specifications at any time without prior notice.

Product Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep our inventory updated in real-time; however, in rare cases, a product may become out of stock after you have placed an order.

We will notify you via email or phone within 2 business days of order placement.
We will offer you the option to wait for restocking, select an alternative product, or receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days if you choose a refund.

We do not guarantee that any product will remain available or be restocked.

Third-Party / Multi-Brand Products

PocketShopping sells products from various third-party brands and manufacturers. We are a retailer/reseller and not the manufacturer of most products sold on our website.

Brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website belong to their respective owners. Their use on our website is for product identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.

Product warranty (if applicable) is provided by the respective manufacturer or brand. PocketShopping facilitates warranty claims where possible but is not the warrantor unless explicitly stated.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes (including GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value or during promotional periods.
We reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and payment received.

In case of a pricing error (e.g., a product listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical glitch), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you with the correct price and give you the option to proceed or cancel.

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and sale prices are valid only for the specified period and are subject to terms and conditions mentioned at the time of the promotion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

Coupon codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used once per customer/order unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to void coupon codes that are distributed or used in violation of their intended terms.

Account Registration

You may browse our website without creating an account. However, to place an order, track orders, save addresses, create wishlists, and access certain features, you may need to create a user account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your account at any time if you violate any provision of these Terms, we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, your account has been inactive for an extended period, or we receive a valid legal or regulatory request to do so.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at info@pocketshopping.in.net. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Ordering Process

Browsing & SelectionYou can browse our product catalogue, view product details, and add desired products to your shopping cart.
Shopping Cart & CheckoutOnce you have added products to your cart, you can proceed to checkout. At checkout, you will be required to provide or confirm your shipping address, select a shipping method (if multiple options are available), select a payment method, review your order summary including product details, quantities, prices, taxes, and shipping charges, apply any applicable coupon code or discount, and confirm and place your order.
Order PlacementBy clicking "Place Order" (or similar button), you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. This is not a confirmation of sale.
Order ConfirmationAfter you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email and/or SMS with your Order ID and order details. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order or a contract of sale. A binding contract is formed only when we ship the product and send you a Shipment Confirmation notification.
Order Acceptance & RejectionWe reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include but are not limited to: product unavailability or stock issues, pricing errors or technical glitches, suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity, inability to verify your identity or payment information, delivery location not serviceable, violation of our Terms & Conditions, or orders that appear to be placed for resale purposes.
Refund for Rejected OrdersIf we reject or cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order LimitsWe reserve the right to limit the quantity of products ordered per customer, per order, or per household. This is to ensure fair availability for all customers and to prevent bulk/resale purchases.

Cash on Delivery (COD)Available on select products and serviceable pin codes, subject to an additional COD handling fee if applicable.

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm, or similar RBI-approved payment processors). PocketShopping does NOT store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details on our servers.

You agree that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, all payment information provided by you is accurate and complete, and you have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction.

If your payment fails, is declined, or does not go through for any reason, your order will not be confirmed. If any amount is deducted from your account despite a failed transaction, it will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If not, please contact your bank first, and then reach out to us with transaction details.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

COD availability is determined at checkout based on product type, order value, and delivery pin code.
A COD handling fee (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as delivery personnel may not carry change.
If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery (refused by the customer without a valid reason), we reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for future orders on your account.
Repeated COD order cancellations, refusals, or non-acceptance may result in COD being permanently disabled for your account.

All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) only. We do not accept payments in any foreign currency.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship products across India through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners. The availability of delivery to your location will be determined by your pin code at checkout.

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on order value, product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a minimum order value (as displayed on the website).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/refund is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email and/or SMS.
You can track your order on the courier partner's website or through our website's "Track Order" feature.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us.

Delivery Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including flat/house number, building name, landmark, street, city, state, and pin code.
PocketShopping is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, we may charge re-shipping costs for a second delivery attempt.

Delivery Inspection

We strongly recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery before accepting it from the delivery person.
If the outer packaging appears damaged, tampered with, torn, or opened, you have the right to refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
Once you accept the delivery and sign (physically or digitally), it is assumed that the package was received in good condition externally.
If you discover any issue with the product after opening the package, please report it within 48 hours with photographic/video evidence.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver after 2–3 attempts (due to customer unavailability, locked premises, or incorrect address), the package will be returned to us (Return to Origin — RTO).

Prepaid OrdersA refund will be processed after deducting applicable return shipping charges.
COD OrdersThe order will be cancelled, and no charges will apply.

Repeated RTO instances may result in COD being disabled for your account.

Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by: courier partner issues or logistical challenges, incorrect or incomplete addresses, natural disasters, extreme weather, floods, earthquakes, government restrictions, lockdowns, curfews, strikes, transportation disruptions, civil unrest, customs or regulatory inspections, high order volumes during sale/festive periods, or any other Force Majeure events.

PocketShopping currently ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer

Before ShipmentYou may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at info@pocketshopping.in.net or +919319919647. Please provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
After ShipmentIf the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery (if COD) or initiate a return after delivery as per our Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Prepaid OrdersIf you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
COD Order CancellationSince no payment has been made, no refund is applicable.

Cancellation by PocketShopping

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following reasons:

Product out of stock or unavailable.
Pricing or technical errors.
Suspected fraudulent activity or suspicious ordering patterns.
Failure to verify customer identity or payment.
Delivery location is unserviceable.
Customer has a history of repeated order cancellations, refusals, or returns.
Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Force Majeure events.

In such cases, if payment has been received, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, articles, product descriptions, blog posts, images, photographs, graphics, illustrations, icons, logos, brand names, taglines, trade names, website design, layout, user interface, software, code, underlying technology, audio, video, and multimedia content, is the intellectual property of PocketShopping or its respective content licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may NOT without our prior written consent:

Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from our website.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our content.
Use our content for commercial purposes or public display.
Download or scrape content using automated tools or bots.
Frame or mirror any portion of our website.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using our website, you agree NOT to:

Reviews, Ratings & User Content

By posting User Content, you grant PocketShopping a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content across our website and marketing channels.

Communications & Notifications

By creating an account, placing an order, or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from PocketShopping via:

EmailOrder confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, invoices, promotional offers, newsletters.
SMS / Text MessagesOrder updates, OTPs, delivery notifications, promotional messages.

Transactional Communications: Communications related to your orders (confirmations, shipping updates, refunds) are essential and cannot be opted out of as long as you have an active order.

Promotional Communications: You can opt out of promotional/marketing communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in our marketing emails, replying "STOP" to our promotional SMS messages, or contacting us at info@pocketshopping.in.net with a request to unsubscribe.

Even after opting out of promotional communications, you will continue to receive transactional and account-related communications.

Dispute Resolution

Resolution TimelineWe will make good-faith efforts to resolve your complaint or dispute within 30 days of receiving your communication.
Mediation & ArbitrationIf a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, held in New Delhi, India, administered by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties or appointed in accordance with the Act. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Force Majeure

PocketShopping shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform any obligation under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"), including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, cyclones, tsunamis, landslides)
Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
Wars, armed conflicts, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
Government orders, restrictions, sanctions, embargoes, lockdowns, or curfews
Strikes, labour disputes, or transportation disruptions
Power outages, internet outages, server failures, or cyber-attacks
Supply chain disruptions or raw material shortages
Any other event that is unforeseeable and beyond our reasonable control

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume normal operations as soon as possible.

Severability

If any provision or part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected, impaired, or invalidated.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent, or if modification is not possible, it shall be deemed deleted from these Terms.

Waiver

No failure or delay by PocketShopping in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof.
No single or partial exercise of any right, power, or remedy shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy.
Any waiver by PocketShopping of any provision of these Terms must be in writing and shall not constitute a continuing waiver.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and PocketShopping regarding your use of our website and purchase of products.

These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements (whether oral or written) between you and PocketShopping relating to the subject matter hereof.
